Objective To analyze the current application value of GATA3, MGB and GCDFP-15 in the diagnosis of breast cancer, and to evaluate the significance of GATA3, MGB and GCDFP-15. Methods: 105 cases of suspected breast cancer admitted in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, and the suspected patients were diagnosed by GATA3, MGB and GCDFP-15, and combined with pathological diagnosis. The sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic accuracy of GATA3, MGB and GCDFP-15 were analyzed by comprehensive diagnosis as the gold standard. Results: the diagnostic accuracy of MgB and GCDFP-15 was lower than that of GATA3 (P < 0.05). The sensitivity of MgB diagnosis and GCDFP-15 diagnosis was lower than GATA3 diagnosis, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The specificity and accuracy of MgB diagnosis and GCDFP-15 diagnosis were lower than GATA3 diagnosis, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: breast cancer patients have diagnostic value of GATA3, MGB and GCDFP-15, but their GATA3 diagnostic results are more accurate. They can be combined with three diagnostic results in clinic to further improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer patients.
