目的:探讨下腔静脉滤器在下肢骨折合并小腿肌间静脉血栓(MCVT)患者围术期的应用价值.方法:回顾性分析我院2020年3月至2022年8月56例下肢骨折伴有MCVT置入下腔静脉滤器患者的临床资料,其中置入可回收滤器47例,永久型滤器9例,统计下腔静脉滤器回收率及拦截血栓的情况.结果:56例患者均顺利置入下腔静脉滤器,可回收滤器置入14天后顺利取出45例,取出率为95.7％(45/47),其中19例见滤器内血栓附着,2例因滤器内部大量血栓放弃取出;9例置入永久性滤器患者术后1月复查彩超发现滤器周围血栓者3例,
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of inferior vena cava filter in patients with lower limb fractureandmuscular calf vein thrombosis(MCVT) during perioperative period. [Methods]The clinical data of 56 patients with lower limb fracture and MCVT who were implanted with inferior vena cava filters from March 2020 to August 2022in ourhospital were retrospectively analyzed. Therewere 47 cases with recoverable filter and 9 cases with permanent filter.The recovery rate of inferior vena cava filter and theinterception of thrombus were counted.[Results]All 56 patients were successfully implanted with inferior vena cava filter.Recoverable filter was successfully removed in 45 cases after 14 days.The extraction rate was 95.7％(45/47).Thrombosis in the filter was found in 19 cases;2 cases were given up because of massive thrombus in the filter.Nine patients with permanent filter were reexamined by color Doppler ultrasound one month after operation, and 3 patients found thrombus around the filter.Thrombosis interception rate was 42.9％(24/56).[Conclusions]Perioperative placement of inferior vena cava filter in patients with lower limb fracture complicated with MCVT is safe and feasible, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of fatal pulmonary embolism .
