目的:对四君子汤加减在老年胃癌术后化疗患者消化道毒副反应中的临床运用效果情况展开探析.方法:抽选2020年6月到2022年5月我院所接诊的78例老年胃癌术后化疗患者,按入院前后顺序分成参照组与研究组,各39例;参照组采取恩丹西酮治疗,研究组在此基础上采取四君子汤加减治疗.比较两组患者消化道毒副反应发生情况.结果:研究组患者治疗后消化道毒副反应Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级(5.13％、2.56％)所占比重均比参照组患者(30.77％、20.51％)低,存在显著性差异(P ＜ 0.05);研究组患者治疗后倦怠乏力、口淡无味、脘
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Sijunzi decoction on gastrointestinal toxicity in elderly patients with gastric cancer after chemotherapy.Methods: From June 2020 to May 2022, 78 elderly patients with gastric cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy in our hospital were selected and divided into a reference group and a research group according to the order before and after admission,39 patients in each group;The reference group was treated with ondansetron,and the research group was treated with Sijunzi decoction on this basis.The incidence of gastrointestinal toxicity was compared between the two groups.Results:The proportion of grade III and IV (5.13％,2.56％) of digestive tract toxic side effects in patients in the study group after treatment was lower than that in patients in the reference group (30.77％,20.51％),with a significant difference(P＜0.05); After treatment,the scores of the patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,There was no significant difference in SF-36 scores between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05);Compared with that before treatment,SF-36 scores of the two groups were improved after treatment,with significant difference (P＜0.05);After treatment,the scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The addition and subtraction of Sijunzi Decoction for the elderly patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy after surgery has an ideal effect.It can alleviate the toxic side effects of the patients'' digestive tract,improve their appetite and other symptoms,and improve their quality of life,which is worth promoting.
