Objective To explore the effect of psychological flexibility nursing on infertility patients undergoing IVF. Methods: The infertility patients who came to the Reproductive Center of our hospital from March 2021 to September2022 and planned to implement IVF were selected. They were divided into two groups according to the visit time. The patients in the control group were given routine assisted reproductive care, and the observation group were given psychological flexibility care on this basis .Compare the HAMA score, HAMD score,nursing satisfaction score, pregnancy situation and outcome between the two groups. Results: The HAMA and HAMD scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction scores and term productivity were significantly higher than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Psychoelastic nursing for patients with infertility undergoing IVF can reduce their psychological anxiety, relieve their depression, improve the success rate of pregnancy, and help patients to improve their satisfaction with nursing, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
