Objective To evaluate the application value of clinical nursing in the nursing of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods: 64 patients with bronchial asthma were selected. Time: 2021.02 to 2022.03. Grouping: odd even grouping. 32 cases in both groups. Reference group: routine nursing, experimental group: high quality nursing strategy. Check the nursing effect of each group. Results: After nursing, the nursing effect, asthma control effect and self-management ability of the test group were better than those of the reference group, with a statistical value of P＜0.05. Conclusion: The application of clinical nursing can improve the self-management ability of patients with bronchial asthma, improve the nursing effect, and achieve significant asthma control purposes, which can promote their quality of life.
