Objective To explore the efficacy of sodium bicarbonate combined with tetramix new cream in the treatment of fungal external otitis. Methods: Selected 120 patients with fungal external otitis treated in our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022, divided into 2 groups by double-blind method, 60 patients each, the control group was treated with sodium bicarbonate combined with tramix new cream; compared the two groups with efficacy, inflammatory factor level, incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate. Results: The treatment rate in the combination group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The level of inflammatory factors, the incidence of adverse reactions, and the recurrence rate in the combined group were all lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The combined treatment of sodium bicarbonate and trammi new cream in patients with fungal external otitis can improve the inflammatory index and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and has high application value.
