Objective To study the application value and specific methods of community nursing in the analysis of compliance and blood sugar level control of diabetes patients. Methods: The patients with diabetes were taken as the research objects (from May 22, 2021 to May 22, 2022, they were included into two groups according to the order of No. 1-80), and were divided into the control group (No. 1-40) and the research group (No. 41-80). The total number of cases was 80: the research group (n=40, community care) and the control group (n=40, routine care). The implementation effects of the above schemes were compared. Results: The blood glucose level in the control group was higher than that in the study group after nursing, and the analysis was significant (P＜0.05); The compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05); The cognition of health knowledge in the control group was lower than that in the study group, with significant difference (P＜0.05); The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, which was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: After the implementation of community nursing, the patients'' blood glucose level is well controlled, the incidence of complications is low, and the compliance and health knowledge cognition scores are high, which is suitable for universal use.
