Objective To analyze the value of comprehensive nursing application in the nursing of patients with dizziness of cerebral blood insufficiency type. Methods: A total of 70 patients with cerebral blood insufficiency type dizziness were selected as the study object, and the selected time period was from January 2021 to June 2022. During the study, the two groups of patients were divided into the control group and the study group. The 35 sample data of the control group received routine nursing intervention, and the 35 sample data of the study group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The two groups of patients received a comparison of the total satisfaction of clinical nursing, bad mood, the difference of patients'' emotions before emotional intervention was poor (P＞0.05); After intervention, the emotional difference gradually widened, P＜0.05; The group with short duration of dizziness was the study group (P＜0.05); The frequency of dizziness in the two groups was shorter than that in the study group (P＜0.05); In clinical practice, the total effective rate of the two groups was compared, and the group with strong total effectiveness of clinical nursing was the study group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The patients with dizziness due to cerebral blood supply insufficiency receive comprehensive nursing, and the total satisfaction of clinical nursing can be effectively improved. At the same time, the patients'' bad mood can be effectively improved, and the duration of dizziness and the incidence of dizziness can also be effectively controlled.
