Objective To analyze the effect of patient-centered care in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: The study was conducted from January 2021 to January 2022. Among the 30 non-small cell carcinoma patients treated with intervention in our hospital, the above patients were divided into 15 patients in the observation group and 15 patients in the control group. After admission, both groups of patients took routine care, and on this basis, the observation group adopted patient-centered care. Comparing the nursing effect of the two groups. Results: From the aspects of fatigue, negative mood and compliance behavior, the MFSI-SF score, HAMD score and HAMA score were balanced (P> 0.05), and the above scores were lower than the control group (P <0.05); the observation group was higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the interventional treatment of non-small cell lung cancer, patient-centered care has achieved good application effect, which can effectively relieve negative emotions and cancer fatigue, and effectively improve medical compliance behavior.
