Objective To explore the application effect of continuous quality improvement measures in the nursing quality management of outpatient operating room. Methods: 60 patients received in the outpatient operating room of our hospital were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group, the control group underwent routine nursing, and the observation group took continuous quality improvement measures to compare the nursing effect of the two groups. Results:The quality of nursing management was significantly improved compared with the control group (P <0.05); the qualified rate of sterilization, hand hygiene and surgical device preparation were higher than the control group (P <0.05); the surgical waiting time, operating room nursing events and surgical delay were less than the control group, (P <0.05); the final observation group had higher satisfaction of surgical management than that of the control group, (P <0.05). Conclusion: Continuous quality improvement measures in the nursing management of the outpatient operating room can effectively improve the quality of nursing management in the operating room, enhance the cooperation degree of patients, and improve the efficiency and safety of the surgery.
