Objective To explore the value of quality blood donation service in the recruitment and blood collection of unpaid blood donors. Methods: from April 2020 to April 2020,140 blood 2021 volunteers were randomly divided into two groups, 70 in each group. The control group was treated with traditional blood donation, and the Observation Group was treated with high quality blood donation service. Compare the difference between the two groups in all aspects of blood donation. Results: the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 4.29% , which was lower than that in the control group (15.71%) . The psychological state of the observation group was lower than that in the control group after intervention (p < 0.05) . The repeated blood donation rate in the observation group was 95.71% , which was higher than that in the control group (80.00%) , there was significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05) . The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (p < 0.05) . Conclusion: the high-quality blood donation service is carried out in an all-round way, which can improve the work effect of blood bank to the greatest extent.
