Objective To explore the effect of Ear acupoint pressing combined with structured group psychological nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of limbs fracture.Methods: A total of 120 patients from March 2019 to March 2020 were enrolled in our hospital for rehabilitation after limb fracture surgery,According to the method of random number table, the patients were divided into two groups, 60 in the control group. All patients were given rehabilitation treatment after fracture operation by medical staff after admission.The Control Group received routine nursing and the experimental group received ear acupoint pressing combined with structured group psychological nursing.The self-efficacy scale, mental toughness scale, quality of life score, nursing satisfaction and bad mood were observed and compared between the two groups.Results: compared with the self-efficacy scale and mental toughness scale, the experimental group was better than the control group, and the quality of life of the experimental group was better than the control group,The nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the bad mood of the patients in the experimental group was better than that of the control group (p ＜ 0.05) .Conclusion: Auricular point pressing combined with structured group psychological nursing is of positive significance to patients''self-efficacy and mental toughness in the rehabilitation treatment of limbs fracture,And in the nursing process and after the patient''s quality of life, nursing satisfaction has been improved, postoperative psychological state of bad mood has been controlled, worthy of clinical promotion.
