摘要

目的:探讨在肩袖损伤修补术后辅以快速康复理论,对术后康复效果以及满意度的影响.方法:试验者是2021.01至2022.10在医院行肩袖损伤修补术治疗的肩袖损伤患者70例,以数字奇偶法分作两组,将35例接受常规护理者设为对照组,将35例接受快速康复理论护理者设为观察组,比对在不同的护理方案下各项护理指标间差异性.结果:观察组术后疼痛度、手术疼痛缓解时间以及肩关节活动角度改善情况优于对照组,P < 0.05;观察组并发症率低于对照组,P < 0.05;观察组满意度得分高于对照组,P < 0.05.结论:以快速

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation theory on the rehabilitation effect and satisfaction after rotator cuff repair. Methods: The experimenter was 70 patients with rotator cuff injury who were treated with rotator cuff repair in the hospital from January 2021 to October 2022. They were divided into two groups by the digital odd even method. 35 patients receiving conventional nursing were set as the control group, and 35 patients receiving rapid rehabilitation theory nursing were set as the observation group. The differences of various nursing indicators under different nursing schemes were compared. Results: The improvement of postoperative pain degree, pain relief time and shoulder joint movement angle in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05); The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The intervention based on the theory of rapid rehabilitation is beneficial to relieve the postoperative pain of patients, shorten the pain time and improve the range of motion of shoulder joint, at the same time, it can also reduce the occurrence of complications and increase patient satisfaction.
