目的:研究以老年护理需求为导向的临床护理路径对老年脑梗死患者护理效果的影响.方法:选取2021.06-2022.06本院接收的82例老年脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分组,对照组(常规护理)和观察组(以老年护理需求为导向的临床护理路径),各41例,对比分析两组护理效果.结果:护理后,与对照组对比,观察组PSQI、NIHSS、情绪(SDS;SAS)评分更低,Barthel、生活质量(躯体、心理、社会功能/物质生活)评分更高(P ＜ 0.05).两组护理满意度(观察组=95.12％/对照组=75.61％)对比,
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of clinical nursing path guided by elderly nursing needs on the nursing effect of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods: 82 elderly patients with cerebral infarction received by our hospital from 2021.06 to 2022.06 were selected as the research objects, and randomly divided into control group (routine nursing) and observation group (clinical nursing path oriented by elderly nursing needs), 41 cases in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results: After nursing, compared with the control group, the scores of PSQI, NIHSS, mood (SDS; SAS) in the observation group were lower, and the scores of Barthel and quality of life (physical, psychological, social function/material life) were higher (P＜0.05). Nursing satisfaction of the two groups (observation group=95.12％/control group=75.61％) was higher in the observation group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: In the nursing of elderly patients with cerebral infarction, the application of the clinical nursing path guided by elderly nursing needs has an ideal effect, which can improve patients'' motor function, sleep quality, emotional state and quality of life, enhance patients'' daily life ability, improve patients'' nursing satisfaction, and promote the feasibility of higher.
