Objective To analyze the effect of evidence-based nursing on hemostasis and complications of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia. Methods: 80 cases of postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table, 40 cases in each group. Routine nursing intervention was carried out in the control group, and evidence-based nursing was carried out in the research group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the amount of bleeding at 2h and 24h postpartum was less than that of the control group, and the hemostatic time was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). The complications in the study group were less than those in the control group, and the breast feeding rate and satisfaction were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of evidence-based nursing can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients, shorten the time of hemostasis, reduce the amount of bleeding, thereby reducing the risk of maternal complications, and improving their satisfaction and breast feeding rate.
