Objective To analyze the application effect of 5A nursing in the nursing of patients with cervical cancer. Methods: 60 patients with cervical cancer admitted from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and research group according to the method of drawing lots. 30 patients in each group were given routine nursing care and 5A nursing care respectively. The psychological status, quality of life, level of hope, self-efficacy and satisfaction of the two groups after 2 months of nursing care were compared. Results: After intervention, SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group, while self-efficacy scores, HHI scores and quality of life scores were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Nursing satisfaction in the study group (93.33％) was higher than that in the control group (73.33％) , P＜0.05.Conclusion: 5A nursing can effectively relieve patients'' bad emotions, improve patients'' self-efficacy level of hope, and significantly improve patients'' quality of life and satisfaction
