Objective To The clinical application effect of laparoscopic hiatal hernia repair in the operating room. Methods 90 patients treated with laparoscopic hernia hernia repair from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected in our hospital and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 45 cases and 45 cases in the control group adopted routine care combined with operating room nursing pathway intervention. The surgical effect, postoperative complication rate, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.4% significantly lower than that of the control group 28.9 (P <0.05); the surgical index score of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05); the total nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 100.0% significantly higher than that of the control group 64.4%, significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of operating room nursing path during the treatment of endoscopic hiatal hernia repair can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction, reduce the postoperative complications, shorten the hospital stay, and improve the surgical effect, which is worth promoting clinically.
