Objective To observe the nursing effect of clinical nursing pathway measures in the nursing of patients with severe preeclampsia cesarean section. Methods: A total of 86 patients with severe preeclampsia cesarean section admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random allocation, with 43 cases in each group: control group and observation group. The conventional nursing method was used in the control group, and the clinical nursing pathway method was used in the observation group. Blood pressure, complication rate, maternal and perinatal outcomes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The blood pressure level of observation group was lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Maternal and perinatal outcomes in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion: nursing in patients with severe preeclampsia cesarean section in the implementation of clinical nursing path method, help to reduce the patient''s level of blood pressure, prevention of complications of patients more, optimization of maternal and infant outcomes, patients had a higher for the nursing job satisfaction, contribute to the construction of a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, the nursing effect is remarkable, suggested that promoted application in disease clinical care.
