目的:探究围术期护理干预对微创乳腺手术患者基本指标、疼痛评分及满意度的影响.方法:将我院2021年3月起至2022年3月期间收治的108例开展乳腺微创手术的患者纳入本次研究,所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组54例.对照组患者实施常规基础护理,观察组患者则通过围术期护理进行干预,主要比较两组患者的护理满意率、疼痛评分以及基本指标.结果:①观察组患者住院时间以及手术时间均比对照组更短,且出血量和旋切次数比对照组更短,组间比较存在统计学意义(P ＜ 0.05);②观察组患者术后4h、6h、12h以及24 h
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of perioperative nursing intervention on basic indicators, pain scores and satisfaction of patients with minimally invasive breast surgery. Methods: 108 patients with minimally invasive breast surgery admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were included in this study. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine basic nursing, while the observation group was treated with perioperative nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction rate, pain score and basic indicators of the two groups were mainly compared. Results: ① The hospital stay and operation time of observation group were shorter than control group, and the amount of blood loss and the number of rotation were shorter than control group, there was statistical significance between groups (P＜0.05). ② The pain scores of observation group at 4h, 6h, 12h and 24h after surgery were significantly lower than those of control group, with statistical significance between groups (P＜0.05). (3) The overall satisfaction rate of nursing in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, and there was statistical significance between groups (P＜0.05). The overall incidence of complications in control group was higher than that in observation group, and there was statistical significance between groups (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion: The effect of perioperative nursing mode in minimally invasive breast surgery is very significant, which can further shorten the hospital stay and operation time of patients, relieve their negative emotions and pain, and improve the satisfaction rate of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
