摘要
目的:探究分析全程追踪整体护理对肺癌免疫治疗患者心理弹性及生活质量的改善作用.方法:选择2022年4月-2022年9月在我院接受免疫治疗的肺癌患者100例,按照随机数字表方法进行分组,对照组50例予常规护理,研究组50例予全程追踪整体护理,采用心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)评估患者护理前后的心理弹性,另利用肺癌患者生活质量量表(QLQ-LC13)分析其生活质量改善情况,最后再采用医院自拟的满意度量表调查患者的护理满意度.结果:护理后研究组患者CD-RISC中乐观、坚韧、自强评分各为(12.63±1.95)
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the improvement of psychological elasticity and quality of life of patients with lung cancer treated by immunotherapy through holistic nursing care. Methods: A total of 100 lung cancer patients who received immunotherapy in our hospital from April 2022 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group (n=50) and research group (n = 50). The patients were treated with routine nursing care and holistic nursing care. The psychological elasticity scale (CD-RISC) was used to assess the psychological elasticity of patients before and after nursing care. The QLQ-LC 13 scale was used to analyze the improvement of quality of life of patients with lung cancer. Finally, the self-made satisfaction scale was used to investigate the patients'' satisfaction with nursing care. Results After nursing, the optimistic, tough and self-improvement scores of CD-RISC in patients of study group were (12.63±1.95), (33.53±3.41) and (23.47±2.45), respectively, which were higher than those of control group (P ＜ 0.05). Besides, the scores of physiology, emotion, social and family, functional status, and lung cancer specific module in the QLQLC- 13 scale after care in the research group were (21.39±2.20), (23.53±2.48), (23.64±2.42), (22.31±2.27), (33.37±3.59) respectively, which were higher than those in the control group after care (P＜0.05). The patient satisfaction rate of the research group was 96.00％, which was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion: The application of holistic nursing care with whole process tracking in the clinical nursing care of patients with lung cancer immunotherapy can effectively enhance their psychological elasticity level and improve the quality of life and satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
