Objective To analyze the detection rate of long-range Holter ECG and standard 12-lead ECG. Methods: Study start time and termination time in February 2021 and March 2022 respectively, under the action of computer selection, 100 patients receiving pacemaker implantation as the object of this study, divided into two different groups, the former group was 50 cases using standard 12-lead ECG, the latter group was a total of 50 patients using 24h dynamic electrocardiogram observation group, the clinical results of patients were compared and analyzed with each other. Results: The group with a higher detection probability was the observation group (P <0.05). One group with higher accuracy, specificity, and sensitivity was in the observation group (P <0.05). Conclusion: For patients undergoing pacemaker implantation, the long-range Holter ECG is significantly more likely than the 12-lead ECG. The final results are more accurate and sensitive, and the test method is more safe and reliable.
