目的:针对下肢骨折合并下肢深静脉血栓患者,应用下腔静脉滤器的实际临床效果展开分析.方法:选择我院2021年3月至2022年7月67例的下肢骨折合并下肢深静脉血栓患者作为研究对象,其中置入可回收滤器42例,永久型滤器25例,对下腔静脉滤器的拦截血栓和回收率进行统计分析.结果:顺利置入下腔静脉滤器的患者共有67例,可回收滤器置入14天后顺利取出38例,取出率为90.5％(38/42),其中23例见滤器内血栓附着,4例因滤器内部大量血栓放弃取出;25例置入永久性滤器患者术后1月复查彩超发现滤器周围血栓者8例,血
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of inferior vena cava filter in patients with lower limb fractureand deep venous thrombosis (DVT) during perioperative period. Methods:The clinical data of 67 patients with lower limb fracture and DVT who were implanted with inferior vena cava filters from March 2021 to July 2022 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. There were 42 cases with recoverable filter and 25 cases with permanent filter.The recovery rate of inferior vena cava filter and theinterception of thrombus were counted.Results:All 67 patients were successfully implanted with inferior vena cava filter.Recoverable filter was successfully removed in 38 cases after 14 days.The extraction rate was 90.5％(38/42).Thrombosis in the filter was found in 23 cases;4 cases were given up because of massive thrombus in the filter.Twenty-five patients with permanent filter were reexamined by color Doppler ultrasound one month after operation, and 8 patients found thrombus around the filter.Thrombosis interception rate was 52.2％(35/67).Conclusions: Perioperative placement of inferior vena cava filter in patients with lower limb fracture complicated with DVT is safe and feasible, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of fatal pulmonary embolism .
