Objective To study the effect of clomiphene combined with progesterone and estradiol valerate in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility. Methods 68 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were randomly divided into reference group ( clomiphene ) and experimental group ( combined with progesterone and estradiol valerate ) according to computer randomization, with 34 cases in each group. The efficacy, clinical indicators, sex hormone levels and adverse reactions were compared. Results The experimental group was significantly better than the reference group ( P ＜ 0.05 ) ; the indexes of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the reference group ( P ＜ 0.05 ). The sex hormone level of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the reference group ( P ＜ 0.05 ). The experimental group was significantly lower than the reference group ( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion Clomiphene combined with progesterone and estradiol valerate can improve the clinical indicators and sex hormone levels of patients, obtain ideal therapeutic effect, with high safety and little impact on patients, which is worthy of promotion and use.
