Objective To investigate the effect of adding intensive health education intervention on the quality of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods: 100 patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group, with 50 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine care, and the research group strengthened the health education intervention on the basis of the control group to compare the degree of health knowledge, nursing satisfaction and nursing effect between the two groups. Results: The study group had more mastery of health knowledge than the control group (P ＜0.05), the nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group (P ＜0.05), the negative emotion score was lower than the study group (P ＜0.05), and the study group nurses were higher than the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion: Adding intensive health education intervention in the nursing process of maintenance hemodialysis patients can effectively improve the degree of health knowledge, and eliminate the negative emotions of patients, which is of great significance to improve their quality of life.
