Objective To discussion inhospitalized patients with coronary artery disease nursing effect of cognitive behavior intervention.Methods to choose from 120 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), randomly divided intoexperimental group and control group, 60 in each group.Control group with traditional nursing, the experimental group adopts a cognitive behavioral nursing.Comparison of two groups of patients with disease health knowledge awareness, mental state score, and nursing satisfaction. Comparison results of two groups of disease aware of knowledge about health and diseases of the experimental group health knowledge awareness always higher than the control group, (P ＜ 0.05);Control group of patients with SAS and SDS were higher than in the experimental group, (P ＜ 0.05); Nursing satisfaction is higher than the control group, experimental group (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion for the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) take cognitive behavioral intervention of nursing, can improve the patients awareness of disease knowledge, improve the patient''s psychological state and improve nursing satisfaction.
