Objective To study the value of full-responsibility rehabilitation nursing intervention in geriatric rehabilitation department. Methods: The research subjects selected 90 patients who were treated in the Geriatric Rehabilitation Department of our hospital from 2021.3 to 2022.3, and were randomly divided into groups. The 45 patients who received the full responsibility system rehabilitation nursing intervention were divided into the research group, and those who received routine nursing intervention. 45 patients were divided into the control group, and the nursing effect was compared and observed. Results: Compared with the control group, the nurse-patient relationship in the study group was significantly better (P＜0.05); compared with the control group, the negative emotion score in the study group after nursing was significantly lower (P＜0.05); The scores of daily living ability and motor function were significantly higher after nursing, P＜0.05; compared with the control group, the quality of life in the study group was significantly higher after nursing (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The effect of full-responsibility rehabilitation nursing intervention in the geriatric rehabilitation department is outstanding, which is not only conducive to the establishment of a good nurse-patient relationship, but also improves negative emotions, activities of daily living, motor function, and quality of life.
