Objective To explore the clinical effect of standardized treatment of chronic bronchitis and respiratory medicine. Methods: A total of 100 patients with chronic bronchitis who were admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group (standardized treatment in respiratory medicine) and a control group (conventional treatment) with 50 patients in each group. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (94%) was higher than that in the control group (78%), (P<0.05); after treatment, the clinical symptoms, inflammatory reaction and quality of life of the observation group improved significantly (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (6%) was lower than that in the control group (20%) (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of standard treatment of chronic bronchitis and respiratory medicine is very significant.
