Objective To study the effect of process management on the nursing quality of hemodialysis room and the incidence of adverse events. Methods: From January 2019 to January 2022, 88 patients who received hemodialysis treatment in our hospital were selected as the experimental research objects, and the patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the 1:1 method in statistics, and each group was divided into experimental group and control group. The number of patients was 44. The control group was given routine nursing management, while the experimental group was given process control on this basis to compare the intervention effects. Results: The incidence of adverse events in the control group was 20.45％, while the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 2.27％. Comparing the two groups of experimental research data, it was found that P＜0.05. Conclusion: The application of quality control in the nursing management of hemodialysis patients can significantly improve the quality of clinical nursing and reduce the probability of errors in the work of nursing staff, which has high application value.
