Lower extremity deep vein thrombosis is a kind of venous reflux obstacle disease, which mostly occurs in postoperative long-term bedridden patients and elderly patients and other high-risk groups. Although the research on the prevention of lower limb deep vein thrombosis continues to deepen in recent years, the clinical incidence is still high. Blood stagnation, blood hypercoagulation and tube wall injury are the three high risk factors of lower limb deep vein thrombosis. Deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs has a negative impact on the quality of life and prognosis and rehabilitation, and pays great attention to their nursing needs. Based on this, this paper starts with the pathogenesis of lower limb deep vein thrombosis, and summarizes the research progress of nursing intervention combined with its preventive measures, aiming to provide a strong reference for clinical nursing work.
