摘要
目的:观察某院门急诊处方点评中持续应用PDCA循环法的临床效果.方法:我院于2018年4月开始将门急诊处方点评合格率纳入医院约束性指标考核,随机抽取2018年4-9月的门诊处方7483张为PDCA循环前组,2018年10月-2019年2月的门急诊处方6887张为PDCA循环组,比较PDCA循环法实施前后门诊处方合格率、不合理处方问题发生率及门急诊处方改进效果.结果:实施PDCA循环后,门急诊处方合格率为94.02％,高于实施PDCA循环前的91.96％(P ＜ 0.05);PDCA循环组比PDCA循环前组
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of continuous PDCA circulation in outpatient and emergency department. Methods: In April 2018,the qualified rate of outpatient prescription review was included in the hospital binding index assessment,7483 outpatient prescriptions from April to September 2018 were randomly selected before PDCA,and 6887 PDCA prescriptions from February 2018 to P D C 19,comparing the qualified rate of outpatient prescription,the incidence of unreasonable prescription problems and the improvement effect of PDCA circulation method.Results: After the implementation of PDCA cycle,the qualification rate of outpatient prescription was 94.02％,higher than 91.96％ (P ＜0.05) before PDCA (P ＜0.05) in PDCA (P ＜0.05.73％ in PDCA (93.61％ (P ＜0.05),and more satisfaction than in PDCA (P ＜0.05).Conclusion: Reasonable implementation of PDCA circulation method can significantly improve the level of rational drug use,reduce the incidence of unreasonable prescription problems,improve the success rate of intervention,and have high clinical practice value.
