Objective To analyze and study the application value of PDCA circulation method in hospital infection nursing management. Methods: The main scope of the study was from September 2019 to December 2021. 90 inpatients in our hospital were selected for analysis,and standardized grouping was carried out according to the differences in nursing management methods. The control group (45 patients with conventional nursing management) and the observation group (45 patients with PDCA circulation method) were recorded,Statistical analysis of various indicators (evaluation value of infection rate,satisfaction of nursing management,evaluation value of nursing quality,surface qualification rate of instruments,and professional skills) of the two groups. Results: The evaluation value of the actual acquired data of the infection rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The proportion of actually obtained data of nursing management satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the actual data of nursing quality,P＞0.05; After intervention,it was higher in the observation group (P＜0.05). The percentage of qualified instruments in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). The actual value of professional skill acquisition data in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: PDCA circulation method and scientific application in hospital infection nursing management can improve nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of infection,improve nursing quality,professional skills and the surface qualification rate of instruments,greatly improve the level of nursing management,which has reference and application value in clinical practice.
