Methods: A total of 80 patients with advanced lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were equally divided according to the grouping method of random number table. Forty cases in the control group were given conventional nursing care, while 40 cases in the research group were given evidence-based nursing care on the basis of conventional nursing care. The nursing effects were analyzed. Results After nursing care, the NRS,SAS and SDS scores of the research group were (4.12±0.79),(41.45±4.12) and (42.26±4.34) respectively, lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Besides, the scores of physiological condition, emotional condition and additional concern in the research group were (11.04±1.05),(10.16±1.01) and (12.15±1.12) respectively, lower than those in the control group after nursing care. The scores of functional condition and social/family condition were (24.42±2.29) and (23.26±2.24) respectively, higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Another investigation showed that the nursing satisfaction degree of the research group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing care in pain care of patients with advanced lung cancer can significantly reduce the pain in the body and alleviate psychological distress, which is conducive to the improvement of patients'' quality of life and satisfaction.
