Objective Patients with depression are special and have high requirements in the clinical care process,so the quality care model is proposed, and the effect of this care method on patient compliance and satisfaction is also analyzed. Methods: Seventy-six patients with depression admitted to our hospital were selected for the study, and the study period was 1 year,i.e.,from September 2021 to the end of September 2022. Two groups were established in this study,38 patients in the study group, and this group was given the quality care model. In the reference group of 38 patients, conventional care was given, and the main investigation and analysis was about the patient''s compliance and satisfaction after receiving care and observing whether it improved. Results: There were 2 cases of non-compliance in the study group and 9 cases of dissatisfaction in the reference group, and the comparative results of compliance rates were 94.74% (36/38) and 78.95% (30/38),with a significant deficit compared to the latter (P<0.05). There was one unsatisfied patient in the study group and a higher number of unsatisfied patients in the reference group with 7 cases, with comparative results of satisfaction rates of 97.37% (37/38) and 81.58% (31/38),with a significant deficit compared to the latter (P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of quality care in the process of nursing depressed patients has a good effect, which can not only relieve patients'' depression, but also promote patients'' compliance, and has a positive effect on nursing satisfaction and quality improvement.
