Objective To explore the nursing effect of strengthening humanistic care in fever clinic. Methods: 100 cases of fever were selected from the fever clinic,all of which were treated from January 2022 to October 2022. 100 cases were divided into A and B groups by double blind method before the study,and 50 cases were included in the comparison. Group A applied conventional nursing plan,while group B applied humanistic care. The satisfaction rate,nursing quality and psychological condition of group A and B were compared to evaluate the effect. Results: After comparing the satisfaction rate of group A and group B,the statistical value of group B is 98.0％ higher than that of group A 82.0％ (P＜0.05). After comparing the scores of service attitude,professional ability,nursing documents and basic nursing in group A and group B,the statistical scores of group B were higher than those in group A (P＜0.05). After comparing the SDS and SAS scores of group A and group B after intervention,the statistical scores of group B were lower than those of group A (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The nursing effect of strengthening humanistic care in fever clinic is very good. It can not only improve the psychological state of patients,but also improve the quality of nursing. It is generally satisfactory and can be used for reference.
