目的:分析在社区慢性病管理中应用医养结合方式的效果.方法:选择2021年1月至2022年7月社区中的慢性病患者70例,通过双盲法分入实验组与参照组当中,各35例,参照组患者接受常规服务干预,实验组患者接受医养结合服务干预,对比患者的躯体健康风险、精神健康情况(精神健康状况、社会支持情况、日常生活能力)、慢性病行为(参与锻炼、用药依从性、遵医行为、戒烟戒酒、低盐低脂摄入)、对健康管理服务满意度(文明服务、生活照顾、急救接应、问题解答、技术操作).结果:从躯体健康风险方面来分析,实验组相比于参照组更低(P ＜
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of the combination of medical care and nursing care in the management of chronic diseases in the community. Methods: 70 patients with chronic diseases in the community from January 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the reference group by double blind method,35 patients in each group. The patients in the reference group received routine service intervention,and the patients in the experimental group received medical care combined service intervention. The physical health risks,mental health (mental health status,social support,ability of daily living) Chronic disease behavior (participation in exercise,medication compliance,medical compliance,smoking cessation,alcohol withdrawal,low salt and low fat intake),satisfaction with health management services (civilized service,life care,first aid,question answering,technical operation). Results: From the aspect of physical health risk,the experimental group was lower than the reference group (P＜0.05); From the aspects of mental health,chronic disease behavior and satisfaction with health management services,the experimental group was higher than the reference group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: In the practice of chronic disease management in the community,the application of medical care combined with service intervention has a significant effect,which can improve the health behavior of patients and enhance patients'' satisfaction with health management services,and is worth promoting.
