Objective To explore and analyze the influence of multimedia health education combined with psychological nursing intervention on the psychological state and image quality of patients with coronary ct angiography. Methods: A total of 96 patients who underwent coronary CT angiography in our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into the control group (48 cases) for routine nursing care and the research group (48 cases) for combined multimedia health education and psychological nursing according to the grouping method of random number table. The imaging quality of imaging examination and the physiological and psychological stress responses during and before treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of angiography in study group was 97.92%,which was obviously higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The levels of HR,SBP and DBP in the study group were (80.08±5.72) times /min,(94.42±6.73)mmHg,(81.92±5.71) mmHg,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores in the study group were (42.63±3.71) and (43.37±4.01) respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: the multimedia health education combined with psychological nursing intervention has a significant improvement on the psychological state of patients with coronary CT angiography,and can stabilize the patients'' vital signs during the examination,ensure the smooth completion of the examination and improve the image quality,which is worthy of promotion.
