Abstract
Objective To explore the feasibility and importance of psychological nursing in pre examination triage of outpatient department. Methods: The study was carried out in a retrospective way. The study period was 2021-2022. 55 patients from July to December 2021 were selected to be included in the control group for routine nursing,and 55 patients from January to June 2022 were included in the observation group for joint psychological nursing; The evaluation indexes of the two groups were "the time of pre examination triage,the time of outpatient waiting,anxiety and depression,satisfaction and accuracy of pre examination triage". Results: (1) According to the evaluation of pre examination triage time and outpatient waiting time in the observation group,compared with the control group,the pre examination triage time and outpatient waiting time in the observation group were shorter (P＜0.05,t=25.5431,6.2135). (2) After intervention,compared with the control group,the anxiety and depression of the patients in the observation group improved significantly (P＜0.05,t=11.3188,15.8954). (3) After evaluating the satisfaction of the observation group,the evaluation results were compared with the satisfaction of the control group,and the satisfaction of the observation group patients with the hospital triage environment and triage service attitude was higher (P＜0.05). (4) Analysis of the accuracy rate of pre examination and triage of patients in the two groups: the patients in the observation group were as high as 92.72％,while the patients in the control group were only 76.36％. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05,χ2=5.6356). Conclusion: The effect and value of psychological nursing in the pre examination and triage of outpatient service are significant,which can improve the anxiety and depression of outpatients,and then shorten the time of pre examination and triage and improve the satisfaction of patients.
