Objective To explore the analysis of patients with acute myocardial infarction combined with clopidogrel and aspirin treatment effect, and its serum IL-6,IL-10 levels. Methods: A total of 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were randomly divided into a control group (aspirin treatment,n=60 cases) and a research group (clopidogrel and aspirin combined treatment,n=60 cases). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared, and the cardiac function indicators and serum IL-6 and IL-10 levels before and after treatment in the two groups were measured and evaluated. Results The total effective rate of treatment in research group was 93.33%,which was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The left ventricular ejection fraction in the treatment group was (43.04±2.89)% higher than that in the control group, while the left ventricular end systolic diameter and left ventricular end diastolic diameter, both of which were (53.52±4.48) and (42.26±3.53)mm,were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Moreover, after treatment, the level of IL-6 in the study group was (19.48±1.49)pg/ml/mL,lower than that in the control group, while the level of IL-10,at (6.71±0.94) ng/ml/mL,was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combined use of clopidogrel and aspirin in patients with acute myocardial infarction has a reliable effect, can significantly improve the patient''s cardiac function, and reduce inflammatory response, which is worthy of promotion.
