Objective To explore the effect of combined nursing intervention and drugs on essential hypertension.Methods 104 patients with essential hypertension who were hospitalized in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (52 cases) with routine nursing intervention and drug combination therapy and an observation group (52 cases) with comprehensive nursing intervention and drug combination therapy.Results The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the improvement of blood pressure,psychological state and quality of life were better than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusions The application of comprehensive nursing intervention and drug combined treatment in patients with essential hypertension can not only improve the compliance of patients'' medical advice,control their blood pressure level,but also improve their psychological state and quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application.
