Objective To analyze and discuss the application effect of ultrasound-guided biopsy in the early differential diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods: From September 2020 to August 2022,60 cases of early breast cancer patients were selected from this study interval. They were given ultrasound diagnosis and ultrasound-guided needle biopsy respectively. The diagnostic efficacy and value of the two methods were compared with the pathological results as the gold standard. Results: 40 cases were malignant and 20 cases were benign; Ultrasound guided puncture biopsy detected 48 cases of malignant patients and 12 cases of benign patients; The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ultrasonic examination were 70.83％,50.00％ and 66.67％ respectively; The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ultrasound guided needle biopsy were 97.92％,91.67％ and 96.67％ respectively. The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ultrasound-guided needle biopsy were higher than those of ultrasound (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasound guided percutaneous biopsy can effectively differentiate early breast cancer,and its diagnostic efficacy is high,which can improve the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy. It can be actively promoted.
