Objective To explore the application value of total knee arthroplasty in patients with knee arthritis. Methods: A total of 106 cases were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group according to the "envelope method". The control group underwent arthroscopic surgery,and the observation group underwent total knee arthroplasty. Results: The clinical excellent and good rate,pain at discharge and follow-up for half a year,knee joint function improvement,quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the level of tumor necrosis factor- α (TNF- α ) after treatment,total postoperative complications. The incidence rate was lower than that of the control group,and the transforming growth factor- β 1 (TGF- β 1) of the knee joint fluid after treatment was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Total knee arthroplasty for patients with knee arthritis is more conducive to improving the clinical treatment efficiency,reducing pain and improving knee function,and reducing the incidence of postoperative complications,which is worthy of promotion.
