摘要
目的:探讨分析对于儿科中腹泻患儿接受循证护理及其应用价值.方法:特选2021年11月至2022年4月我院收治腹泻患儿77例开展研究,同时不同小组应用不同的护理管理模式.应用常规护理模式的小组定义为常规组.护理模式为常规护理加循证护理的小组定义为实验组.分析探讨两组的护理依从性、症状缓解与住院时间、护理服务满意度和护理质量.护理质量内容分为:安全管理、护理技能、基础护理、文书记录.结果:实验组的护理依从性、症状缓解与住院时间、护理服务满意度和护理质量水平(安全管理、护理技能、基础护理、文书记录)的评定结果均
Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the application value of evidence-based nursing for children with diarrhea in pediatrics. Methods: From November 2021 to April 2022,77 children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital were selected to carry out the study,and different groups applied different nursing management modes. The group applying the usual care pattern was defined as the usual group. The group of routine nursing plus evidence-based nursing was defined as the experimental group. Nursing compliance,symptom relief and length of stay,nursing service satisfaction and nursing quality were analyzed. Nursing quality content is divided into: safety management,nursing skills,basic nursing,documentation. Results: The evaluation results of nursing compliance,symptom relief and length of stay,nursing service satisfaction and nursing quality level (safety management,nursing skills,basic nursing,document record) in the experimental group were better than those in the conventional group,P＜0.05. Discussion: The application value of evidence-based nursing in pediatric diarrhea care is obvious,the nursing service itself is more suitable for children,can significantly improve the satisfaction of parents of children,can significantly shorten the duration of symptoms of children,worthy of promotion.
