Objective To explore the clinical effect of golden bifid combined with smecta in the treatment of infantile diarrhea. Methods: 120 children with diarrhea treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups with the same sample value according to the difference of treatment schemes. The control group was treated with Smecta,and the experimental group was treated with golden bifid combined with Smecta. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The clinical indexes and symptoms of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction rate between the two groups were significantly different (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Golden Bifidobacterium combined with Smecta has achieved a definite effect in the treatment of infantile diarrhea,with obvious improvement of clinical symptoms,reduction of adverse reactions and improvement of safety and satisfaction,which is worthy of reference and adoption.
