Objective To analyze the effect of Shakubatroxartan sodium tablets on ventricular remodeling in patients with heart failure complicated with hyponatremia. Methods: According to different medication plans,80 symptomatic patients in our hospital from February 1,2021 to February 1,2022 were divided into 40 cases/group. In addition to the basic treatment,the control group was treated with torasemi tablets,while the observation group was additionally treated with sabbatical valsartan sodium tablets. The indexes of ventricular remodeling,biochemical indexes,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: Before treatment,there was no significant difference in all research indexes between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment,all ventricular remodeling indexes and biochemical indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the two groups was 95.00% higher than that of the control group (P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was similar (P>0.05). Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of heart failure complicated with hyponatremia,the combination of Shakubatetravalsartan sodium tablets can effectively prevent ventricular remodeling,improve clinical symptoms,and has high safety.
