Objective To explore the value of TCM psychological nursing for patients after limb fracture. Methods: the study object comes from our hospital from March 2021 - March 2022accepted 50 cases of the postoperative patients with limb fracture,using randomized grouping method is divided into two groups,the application of postoperative routine care patients defined as the reference group,on the basis of postoperative routine nursing patients defined as test group,both groups in 25 cases,comparing the two groups of patients with psychological state,pain,quality of life and satisfaction with the overall care. Results: Patients in the test group scored lower in HAMA,HAMD and NRS than the reference group,and their quality of life-related scores were higher than the reference group. The overall satisfaction with care (96.00％) was significantly better than the reference group (68.00％),P ＜0.05. Conclusion: Using TCM psychological nursing can effectively regulate their negative psychology,relieve the postoperative pain,improve the quality of life,and help to improve the nursing satisfaction.
