Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing in the treatment of upper limb fracture on the degree of pain and satisfaction. Methods: The experimenters were 80 patients with upper limb fracture who were operated in the hospital from January 2021 to October 2022. The patients were divided into two groups by the digital odd even method. 40 patients who received routine nursing care were set as the control group,and 40 patients who received comfortable nursing care were set as the observation group. The differences of nursing quality and satisfaction index under different nursing modes were compared. Results: The indexes of pain,bad mood and comfort in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P＜0.05); The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The intervention of comfort nursing is beneficial to reduce the pain of patients,increase their comfort in diagnosis and treatment,and at the same time,it can also relieve their bad emotions and increase their satisfaction. It has high clinical reference value and is suitable for promotion.
