Objective To analyze the intervention effect of ECG room nursing on the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods:112 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January to December 2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received ECG room nursing. The differences between the two groups were compared. Results: The adverse reactions of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the satisfaction, compliance, and nursing quality of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the heart rate was lower than that of the control group, the blood pressure,SAS scale,SDS scale scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the nurse patient dispute, pain score, sleep quality score of the experimental group were lower, and the work quality score was higher, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Coronary heart disease can be diagnosed better by ECG,but the intervention compliance and preparation effect during diagnosis directly affect the diagnosis effect of patients. The effect of ECG room nursing is higher, which deserves attention.
