Abstract
Objective To observe the value of spiral CT in the diagnosis of spinal fracture. Methods: By medical experimental observation method,data of 100 patients diagnosed with spinal fracture received in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were taken as experimental samples,and were equally divided into two groups with the same number of patients according to the differences in imaging examination methods. The experimental group was spiral CT group and the control group was DR Diagnosis group. The coincidence rate,disease classification diagnosis and diagnostic properties of the two groups were observed by different methods. Results: The diagnostic coincidence rate of experimental group was 94.00% (47/50),which was significantly higher than that of control group (76.00% (38/50),with statistical significance (P<0.05). The total detection rate of the test group in the diagnosis of dislocation type,compression type and burst type of spinal fracture was 78.00% (39/50),while the total detection rate of the control group in the diagnosis of the above different types of fractures was 96.00% (48/50),with statistical significance (P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of diagnosis in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: Spiral CT examination has outstanding application value in the diagnosis of spinal fracture,with a very high diagnostic coincidence rate,and is significantly superior to routine examination in different fracture types and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of diagnosis. It can be popularized and implemented in the diagnosis practice of this kind of patients.
