Objective To investigate the effect of early cardiac rehabilitation strategy on cardiac function and ventricular remodeling in patients after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).Methods: 90 patients who underwent coronary artery bypass grafting in our hospital from May 2020 to July 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation after operation,and 45 cases in the observation group were treated with early cardiac rehabilitation strategy on the basis of the control group,The indexes of cardiac function and ventricular remodeling were compared between the two groups.Results: There was no significant difference in left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter (LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESD) between the two groups before rehabilitation treatment (P>0.05). After rehabilitation treatment,the levels of the above indicators in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group (P<0.05);The left ventricular posterior wall thickness (LVPWT),ventricular septal end systolic thickness (LVSS),and left ventricular shortening rate (LVFS) were not significantly different between the two groups before rehabilitation treatment (P>0.05). The levels of the above indicators in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group after rehabilitation treatment (P<0.05);Conclusion: Early cardiac rehabilitation strategy can improve the cardiac function of patients after coronary artery bypass grafting,control ventricular remodeling,and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events,which is worth promoting.
