Objective To investigate the level changes of thymidine kinase (TK1) and immune-regulated T cells and the prognosis assessment of patients with advanced gastric cancer before and after surgery, and to explore the possibility of TK1 combined with regulatory T cells as a prognostic indicator of gastric cancer. Methods: Chemiluminescence and flow cytometry were used to detect the expression of TK1 and regulatory T cells in 60 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital and the Affiliated Hospital of QingMedical University from September 2020 to December 2022. The expression levels of TK1 and regulatory T cells were analyzed before surgery, the next day,7 days and 14 days after surgery, and follow-up was conducted to compare the results and prognosis among all groups. To analyze the role of TK1 and regulatory T cells in predicting the prognosis of postoperative patients. Results: According to the results, the possibility of the above indexes as prognostic indexes of postoperative patients with gastric cancer was analyzed. Conclusion: According to the detection results,to explore the influencing factors of postoperative prognosis of patients with gastric cancer, guide reasonable treatment and necessary early intervention, improve the prognosis of patients.
